Refund policy
In the case of a return, please contact customer service at info@playhood.net with your Order No.
Returns have to be made within 14 days of delivery date.
We are not responsible for any damaged caused by the customer. (Ex. Wear and tear, washed garments)
The customer will first have to pay for delivery fees and retain a receipt. In the case you’ve changed your mind before receiving your order, do contact us as soon as possible. Once the order is shipped out, you are expected to return the product accordingly.
EXCHANGES
In the case of a faulty or incorrect merchandise, we would like to apologise and offer an opportunity to exchange.
We do not accept refunds AND exchanges for customized orders and any damaged occurred by the receiving party.
We are entitled to deduct the direct cost of recovering the goods in the case any of these qualities are not kept.
In case an exchange is not applicable, you can receive an online credit note to the value of an item at that time for your next purchase.
All exchanges will require proof of purchase to process.
